I noticed the same things that you have noticed as I taried four or five on-line casinos. One of the most obvious slow-ups would occur when quite a few cards had been played, the math was a little difficult, the comparison of the hands was difficult, etc. I also noticed that there was a distinct difference between the first hour of play and subsequent play.
